Where does one find Nietzsche, Balzac, and Kierkegaard outside philosophy departments and universities today?

In Copenhagen, it appears that the homeless of Nørrebro are well engaged with these and other thinkers and their social analyses. A remarkable ‘squat’ that (together with the ongoing ‘freetown’ of Christiania) adds to my sense of Copenhagen as a city whose population are not shy of more direct forms of democracy.
